Consumers Energy - West Oakland Pipeline Project

Michigan - In 2009, MLI worked with Consumers Energy to complete the east segment of the West Oakland Pipeline.Since then, the pipeline has been successfully delivering natural gas to customers in northern Oakland County and
southeastern Michigan.

In the spring and summer of 2010, MLI will be installing 7 miles of 36” pipe for the final phase of this project. This will include 5 horizontal directional drills, 1 road bore, and restoring the Right of Way back to its original condition. Successful completion of this project will help ensure the continuous reliable delivery of natural gas for all customers.

Reuben T Leines…An American Original

Reuben T. Leines, co-founder of Minnesota Limited, Inc. passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2009 of cardiac arrest in Florida. He was 86 years old. Minnesota Limited, Inc. started in the pipeline construction business in 1966, and Reuben was the major catalyst for its creation . Reuben was also a World War II veteran and a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in engineering. Reuben is survived by his wife, Joyce, seven children, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Reuben was a true American hero and success story by every discernable standard. His survivor instinct, work ethic, core values, devotion to family and business sense laid the foundation for the future success of Minnesota Limited, Inc. Reuben was involved in the Pipeline Industry for more than 50 years, and loved intersecting with pipeliners. He was blessed with many years of service here on Earth and will live on in our hearts and thoughts. He will be truly missed!
