Our commitment to safety is born out of the value that Minnesota Limited, LLC. places on human life. The safety of our employees will not be compromised for production. It is the number one priority of the company. It is also the policy of Minnesota Limited, LLC. to provide the resources to increase knowledge and awareness of safety-related issues through up-to-date training and education programs. We will also give the field supervisors the authority to not only manage all safety-related issues at the job site, but also to coordinate the procurement of any equipment or supplies which are required to assure the employees’ safety. Management is committed to working in close partnership with our clients in the oil and gas industry, and will draw upon their vast knowledge of safe practices and procedures. To be successful, a safety program must embody the proper attitude toward accident prevention on the part of both management and employee. It requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, not only between foremen and employees, but also between each employee and his or her fellow workers. Only through cooperative effort can a safety record in the best interest of all be established and maintained. Our employees are responsible for wholehearted, genuine cooperation with all aspects of the Safety and Health Program, including compliance with all rules and for continuously practicing safety while performing their duties.
